Tristan was taking his time. Now that he was certain the creatures, or youkai, were attracted to the humans that wandered in their homes, there was no rush to find them. Still, calling for them would be an idiotic idea. The boy instead decided to take time to note changes down to the artwork. There was very little for him to note, but there was just enough to take up some time.

He was starting to get bored, but he refused to start acting stupid. All he needed was for someone to show up, then he could at least distract himself from the looming threat of being attacked by the creatures.

It was just another day she'd spend doing some hunting while she had the chance. Honestly, the fights here seemed to be a bit easier than the ones at the park. Whatever was fine. As she was walking the long halls, she noticed that boy from before. He was the only one she didn't have any contact information from. At least, that she knew of. Regardless, the girl saw this as a chance. Hey. Boy. I never got your name last time. She wasn't pulling any punches it seemed.

Her hunt could wait for now. She had other fish to catch for the time being.

As she approached though, she stopped and went for her sword. Something was coming closer. Immediately, she began to look around for the cause of alarm.

Tristan heard approaching footsteps, and turned towards the source. It was the blue haired girl, the one who had fought alongside him and Lucretia. And... she was just referring to him as boy? At least she wants my name, he thought to himself as he gave her a small wave. As she got closer, though, she drew her blade. As she did, two of the creatures appeared.

"I'm Tristan," he said, drawing his own blade. "I suppose we split this up evenly? I'll take the weird one." As he said that, his target cast a spell that enveloped both of the creatures in an odd light. While this wasn't a good thing, Tristan was reminded of something that was useful. He summoned Odysseus, who cast a similar light on the blue-haired girl. "There, you should be lighter on your feet now. It'll be easier to dodge," he told her as he did the same to himself. Then, as if willing to demonstrate, the creature that cast the light attacked Tristan with a large burst of flame, which he dodged with ease.

Okay, if it uses fire, then it would be safe to assume that fire isn't a good option against it, he told himself as he brought Odysseus into being again. This time the Greek was brandishing his own blade, which he used to attack the creature. The creature didn't seem too particularly damaged, but it didn't seem to be resistant to it either. It did, however, seem pissed that it was hit. Another burst of flame, seemingly coming from nowhere, rushed at Tristan with a speed that he couldn't hope to avoid. The fire seared his skin, but it didn't put him out of commission. Tristan retaliated by summoning Odysseus again, this time with a ball of darkness in hand. The creature, attacked in such a fashion, dissipated, and just in time. Tristan could feel the effects of his speed spell wearing off. Let's just hope these don't have similar effects as drugs, he thought. Growing an addiction to going faster could mentally drain him very quickly. He'd rather not have to deal with that.

Tristan, huh? Well, at least now she had his name. As the enemies came into the picture, the boy drew his blade. Just before Luka jumped into the fight though, the boy cast something on her. Was this a healing move? No. This was something else. She felt much faster. Judging from what the boy said, this was some sort of buff? Interesting. Alright. I'll take your word for it. I got the other one. She put her sword back for now. She wanted to see how fast her punches were. The enemy dropped a powerful-looking attack on her, which she dodged with abnormally high speed.

Charging at the enemy, she dropped a three, no, seven hit combo in quick succession. She felt as if she was hitting a punching bag with huge ferocity. With the last punch, she sent the thing back into a wall with a splat. The wall wasn't damaged, thankfully. She didn't need to be causing any property damage whether she would be caught or not. Then, it did that attack once more. It was powerful, but was more akin to a fierce burn. Clenching her arm, Luka jumped in again and let loose another combo. This time though, her hand flew straight through the enemy, causing its entire being to collapse entirely. That was another one down. Looking over, she had seen that the boy had done his share as well. Wonderful. That made everything easier assuming nothing else would attack them.
