A strange train terminal located within Ikebukuro Station only during the Dark Hour. It acts not only as a hub for transporting Users via super-express, but as a bounty hunter board and equipment shop for Users. The sole operator of the super-express and the mission board is an eccentric blonde woman. A dwarf and Elf seem to run the equipment store. This area alone is apparently on a separate plane from reality. (Note: Posting in this board gives no FP. For socials that take place here, use its parent board.)

As a peaceful exhibit of art, it is home to many subtle feelings expressed from the various works and the viewers who come to look on a regular basis. Luckily, this is one of the lesser infested areas and works as a good training place.

Well, it's more like Shadow City now. This entertainment hot spot is just an open area for shadows to move around freely. The shadows here aren't particularly strong, but they are numerous. Caution is suggested to avoid overwhelming numbers.

As a place where people do their own thing, Ikebukuro has plenty of emotional energy, and it shows during the Dark Hour. Fortunately, no super strength, homicidal waiters are around, but there's plenty of powerful Shadows wandering the streets, making this a risky region to strut about in.

Shadow Toshima
During the day, Toshima is an active place, just like anywhere else in Tokyo. During the Dark Hour, though, the region bustles with an entirely different kind of activity. The Shadows scurrying about range from small fry to moderate threats. Be careful in the streets of Ikebukuro.
