As a place for the ill, dying, and deceased, a large hospital such as this attracts large amounts of strong shadow activity. As such, it is a very dangerous place during the Dark Hour, only to be explored by experienced users.

Shinjuku under the influence of the Dark Hour. The streets that remain heavily populated at night are replaced with rows of coffins strewn along the district. Shadows stalk the streets and the various buildings that encompass the district at this time.
