For whatever reason, Luka felt slightly empowered this night. She had more stamina, could put more power behind her swings, and could even run faster. Thinking she had been transferred to some other realm and had no chance of return, she began to go on a slashing spree in hopes of 'leveling up' or whatever she needed to do to continue to the bigger enemies. Of course, before any of that happened, time seemed to return without a moment's notice. Luka was eventually found and promptly escorted home. Even she knew that she couldn't tell her parents about this. More importantly, just what had happened? From that night onward, Luka would begin to experience an odd sensation every night at midnight.
