Dodge Training [OPEN, party of 2]

Last night, Lucretia worked on her offensive abilities.  Today, she was going to work on some of her defensive abilities.  Overall, she was fairly slow and didn't have a very good reaction time, but these things were necessary for battle.  She didn't want to rely on just avoiding everything forever.  She couldn't be afraid of a few fights if she wanted to learn everything she could.  So, rather than focus on finding ways to hit the enemy, she was just going to focus on dodging all of its attacks.  There were a few people she recognized on her radar, so it seemed likely that at least one of them would come by and back up her training, even if they didn't mean to do that.

Oh. Look. This girl again. Maybe Luka should have gone off in a different direction this time? It would be kind of awkward to keep running into the same person over and over again while not talking. Even still, this other girl was useful for these sorts of fights. She would spot them and say what to attack with. She wouldn't be able to heal her, but Luka was starting to feel as though she could heal herself as she went, albeit slowly. It wasn't like she got hit too often anyway. Honestly, the enemies here were starting to seem a little too easy for her taste. Maybe she could move up to fight some bigger fish. Then again, keeping safe was probably best for now. One wrong move and her game would be over.

It was Luka again, so she was pretty sure she would be able to finish them both off without much trouble.  She read off their information as usual and got ready to dodge some attacks.  

"I will let you get both of them."

Hopefully the girl wouldn't mind that Lucretia was basically making her do all the work while she tried to dodge their attacks.  The first attack was a wide-area darkness attack.  She could see the seal forming under her feet, but in the end she wasn't nearly fast enough to get out of it.  Next was a fast slashing attack that she barely saw coming.

The next few attacks weren't any better.  She was really bad at this.

Sure enough, enemies came not too late after. It seemed that she wanted to leave the fighting to Luka this time, though. That was fine. She wanted to see how well she could do against these things on her own. Running past the first two attacks, the girl manged to strike the two of them with a single slice. As she ran past, one of them managed to land a hit along her back. Before the other one could slice her too, she impaled the other with her sword and used it to shield herself from the other attack.

The shadow ended up cutting its ally in two, leaving her to finish the job. Jumping through the now halved shadow, Luka let off a powerful attack that cut the other shadow in two horizontally. She didn't even break a sweat this time. Her fortitude was certainly building up.
