Kate's living in her uncle's dingy little house Yoyogi while he's out of the country. The deal was she'd refurbish the place (he didn't stay much at the house itself) and clean it up and she could use it as she saw fit, which was cool with Kate.
It's a remodeled old-style Japanese house, a modest two-bedroom, bathroom and living-room/kitchen affair, but it's got a tiny courtyard-style garden and wooden patios that Kate rather likes. Kate's stored all of her uncle's things in his bedroom and uses the rest of the house. She's set up her art workstation in the living room as the remaining bedroom is far too small and she only uses that room to change and sleep (and store books). The living room is a bit crammed due to the presence of her computer and consoles and her art workstation as well as two standing bookcases.
The kitchen is a small but clean and neat place with everything in order. The house in general is well-kept and neat but Kate's artistic inclinations and heavy work-schedule mean that sometimes you're likely to find a sock among the books or something.
There's a large, ornate chinese-style chest in a corner, containing Kate's 'combat gear'.

"Teucer" Lvl 3 Bow & Quiver (Dark) - Kate received this for services rendered by the Oni girl. A quality recurve bow of modern composite materials. This model's quality makes it ideal for hunting and even combat. The arrows are composite bodkin broadheads that exude a sinister, dark aura.
Lvl 2 Bow & Quiver (Pierce) - A training recurve bow of modern composite materials. Ideal for training and practice. Not so much for combat but a bow is still a bow. The arrows are composite bodkin broadheads.
Lvl 2 Light Warhammer (Fire) - Kate picked up this bec-de-corbin warhammer in the Italian renaissance style after the fight with the plant monster. It's very sturdy yet light and feels absurdly hot.
Endurance Accessory (Passively adds +15% HP) - Kate was given this for services rendered. Wearing this onyx-set ring makes her feel more vigorous.
Lvl 3 Armor (Resist Pierce) - A denim jacket with a hoplite helmet print on the back. It's surprisingly tough. Kate got it by trading in the armor scrap from that annoying duelist.Stored
