It's that time of the night again, is it? I suppose I have been expecting you to show up sooner or later. I'm sure you have many questions pertaining to various oddities and events outside this train terminal, and I have the answers. Unfortunately, it's not my job to deal with those things. I suppose that narrows it down to the only other humans who can walk during the thirteenth hour. Oh, and I'm referring to you, child. You and your kin. That is your duty while mine is to simply provide you with a means. The fact that you are awake now says you have already awaken to that means as needed. But I can also provide you much more. . . tangible things if you so need.
Of my services, I offer free transport to anywhere within the city during this time. Our trains arrive when needed, depart when boarded, and arrive about moments later. Quite convenient for you, I would imagine. I also periodically offer 'bounties' for various tasks I need completed during your 'thirteenth hour.' Don't worry about checking for bounties periodically. You'll simply know when I update them. Other than that, the Dwarf and Elf over to the side all kinds of battle equipment ranging from exotic to simple. I can guarantee you'll find what you're looking. Oh, and before I forget, I have these special tools to give out for free if you want one. They're called 'evokers.' Don't worry, they aren't really guns. As for how they work. . . well, you'll know how to if need be. They're mostly for style so don't worry if you don't want to bother using them. Other than that, I have some board games and playing cards over in the back you can help yourself to. I can do some tarot card readings for you too if you want. Though, the cards are mostly for show.
